VIN checks

Basic checks process the VIN to validate its format and interpret its prefix and year code. We do not store a VIN lookup history or send your VIN to an external vehicle database while detailed lookup is unavailable. Technical hosting logs may contain request metadata; VINs are sent in request bodies, not page URLs.

Your feature wantlist

If you choose a feature, enter your email and agree to updates, we store your email, selected feature, consent version and submission time in our private Cloudflare database. We use it only for updates about that feature. We do not sell the list or add you to unrelated marketing. Entries are retained until you withdraw or we close the feature list.

Request access or removal

Use the same email below to submit a private data-removal request. We will not reveal whether an email appears on the list. Requests require ownership verification before information is disclosed or removed.

Until a verified support email is established, you can submit a removal request using the form below. Submitting does not immediately remove an entry.

Operational information

We collect limited feature events and referral categories for up to 30 days. We do not put VINs, report content or emails in those events. An hourly rotating keyed hash derived from your network address protects our forms against abuse; raw addresses are not stored in the application database. Our hosting provider may retain its own security logs.

Reports and AI

AI report analysis and file uploads are not available in this release. We do not collect your inspection files here. Before opening analysis, we will disclose the active model service, material sent to it and retention rules.

Storage and service providers

This release runs on Cloudflare Workers and D1. A database submission must be acknowledged before we show a saved confirmation. Browser preferences may use local storage. No advertising is enabled, and Google Analytics loads only after you accept optional analytics cookies. You can change your choice in Cookie settings.
